PAYMENT INFORMATION
In order to lock a schedule date there will be a retainer fee that must be paid as soon as the date is booked and will vary among projects. As explained in the Cancellation information, this deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED, in any case the photographer can not be present at the photoshoot due to casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of either party, or due to illness or emergency. Furthermore, if any photographic equipment is lost or damaged in the event of the photoshoot, or in the case that any media is lost due to a malfunction not by the fault of the photographer, that photographer will not be liable. Accepted Payment Methods include: Apple Pay, CashApp, Zelle, and of course Cash.
TURNAROUND TIME AND PROCESS
Considering the desires of the client can vary from a 30-minute shoot to a 2 hour event package, the turnaround time is highly variable. However, the average turnaround time is 12-24 hour for shoots that are an hour or less. Additionally, the final turnaround time will be given when the idea is presented and the shoot is booked! For photoshoot, a link to my photo gallery will be sent to the client where they can select and download pictures they would like. If the client decides they’d like more pictures than the ones in the original package, they are welcome to buy extras!
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
If any appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of its date, the retainer fee will be NOT be refunded. However, the retainer fee shall be refunded in the case there is a fault of the photographer, emergency, strike, fault of equipment, media malfunction, act of god, or any other casualty.
